Whilst I agree, what I'm looking for from management is to be less ambiguous and more concise with their communication, especially regarding timelines. There are too many instances where our wording leaves the door open for misinterpretation.
In an environment where our stock is open to be beaten at any hint of poor performance or missed deadlines, its important that we get these simple things right.
