Whilst I have qualms regarding the current management, mostly around the fact that they are not buying shares at those levels (and have not bought either when it was considerably lower a few months ago), I don't think Riversdale has done enough here, their nominees don't appear to be the most qualified and there is no detailed plan to turn MFD around
So not sure how to vote tbh, seems like both options are bad
