I think the raising is holding the shares back on a value perception basis.
The cap raising is over 30% discount to the SP. That much difference causes the avergage punter to question what more is left in it if I buy at this price when the company itself values the share at not much more than 44 cents.
The SP should be higher given all we, the true believers know, but the cap raising has changed the stae of play as far as the percieved value of the share.
I am leaning towards voting against the second tranche now. I would prefer VMS shopped it around a bit and got other advice.
