This is too significant a deposit for the state or its partner in China to leave it in the hands of a minnow. The best outcome was a takeover of Ava shares. Now, with lithium prices significantly depressed, Ava shareholders have not only suffered the delay but if this ever opens, face a significant re-rate down. It’s unfortunate but it is reality - unless one is a hermit or is state backed like Chinese companies, exploration, discovery and sake is the MO.
