Don't be so negative. There is a new CEO, the space disaster is behind us. I am not as recent as you may think just because i am recent to HC. I feel your dissatisfaction but I started accumulating around $1.40 and you fail to take into account what is unfolding. I've been trading since the 90's and know what I'm doing and know how to pic good stocks. This is a pearler. The money raised is to also be used for bank guarantees so yes, it is to be used to reduce debt. I'm positive on EOS and I didn't buy in at $4 so you need to respect that and the buyers that are getting in at the bottom won't feel as you do
