    With all due respect, it is unexpected that they would be so far behind or else the timeline given is a complete lie.

    P90 suggest that they are 90% sure of the plan, most really work on achieving at a minimum P50.

    If they expected to be drilling at this rate, they could have shown that it their original plan.
