Hi Jlo,
I spoke with Millie Byrnes Howe from Piper’s Sydney office. At that time She confirmed they had been engaged by a signifiant International Litigation Funder to investigate the potential Class action case. She said it was very early Days in the investigation and She was collating all the necessary files etc. I’m not sure how long that takes. She also confirmed she was the one that posted on HC looking for Shareholders who had traded shares in the specific period. Refer my original post on Piper Alderman thread. I don’t think it’s unprofessional necessarily that She did that, they often publish in newspapers or other mediums to connect with shareholders.
