A list of risks like that is a standard ASX requirement that you will see for all small caps. I'm guessing what needs to be listed might be different for companies not yet in production or profit. Perhaps the list is longer because ASX requirements have changed recently? Someone might want to look up ASX requirements and post. What the ASX standard requirements are doesn't concern me enough for me to spend time on that. I see all the speculation on what is going on as a bit of a waste of time considering no one can trade the stock and no one knows what the outcome of whatever is going on is going to be.
