I had written a reply to your post but it disappeared - weird . It was concerning DRX latest AGM and some red flags for me I picked on particularly Note 7 ( JV with sibelco that seems sus) in the financials.
Also Malcolm D has been quite on all of this. He was a significant contributor to the previous BOD. when I get more time I'll try and re do it.
