Bullcrp.There was very little difference between the two offers except directors could exercise their options.Yes Min had 20%. So what.NWE had had them bent over a barrel as Min needed Nwe agreement on drilling etc.The directors of Nwe agreed to a change the order of wells being drilled - why?And Melindax. Very relevant imo.The CEO of PCL sold out NWE so he could exercise his options.So, if there is an offer for PCL where are his loyalties now - his back pocket or the shareholders.Last time, it was not the shareholders.
