I am not sanguine. More like they get some $$ and we get none.
The CEO probably foresaw all this last year when I had conversations with him, he never meeting my point. My point being "Are you trying to sell?".
It is like another small medical company some years back that got a new CEO (whom I found useless) but brought in a crook to rearrange the share price, so the bosses were OK but all the prior holders got diluted out.
Anyway, their mail package must have cost a fortune and there's not much left of that $20M they had a couple of years ago. Of course I voted Against.
