It's a lazy business leadership team that defaults to job cuts to slash costs. Companies like Beach have so much waste across their business but looking into changing that would take creativity and a small amount of business nous. Before you jump down my throat about not having any idea of what i'm talking about I work in the PB, so I see this on a daily basis. Great to hear that this will be applied across the entire business though, the board numbers will also be reduced by 30%.....oh wait?
