can we please discuss the sad state of the LNP
It's not so bad. The Nationals part is doing OK.
The Liberals have a leader from Queensland which should augur well for the Queensland vote.
Their WA vote is likely to rebound.
The unknown is how well the Independent candidates go at being re-elected because the Liberals lost their heartland due to dislike of the weirdo Morrison. Not sure if they will take a shine to Dutton.
Anyway Dutton had one job. Last to the next election as leader.
He seems to have done that by playing negative politics.
p.s. I have no idea how the reduction in primary vote of the major parties will play out in our system of compulsory voting.
If the crossbench gets bigger we might see more minority Governments.
