Be realistic. Pretend your in charge of hotcopper how would you enforce it? In real time? ....accounts have to be linked to a broker account to determine position in real time ? Its not possible. There is no position required for Twitter....
I dont jump up and down to ask people there position. You have to assume somewhat your self.
The people having hang ups about your position or not are far less credible anyway!
