    FMR Investment JV agreement was cancelled abruptly I read and it lead to a disenchantment with management and that lead to a push for a first strike on the renumeration report.

    Perhaps FMRs mine found a new lode and wanted to persue it with all their work force.

    Just thinking why tFMR might have quit the JV.
