I suggest you look at ‘Trade and Other Receivables as at 31.12.23’ as well as the recent announcement regarding the amount received from the incomplete LDA Capital agreement as at 31.12.23 referred to in the recent ASX announcement.

If you also read the explanatory note referred to with respect of ‘Trade & Other Receivables’ you could form a view that payments could be due at any time commencing from 1.1.24.

The other unknowns are what payments may be due to Brainchip from known commercial relationships with MegaChips, Socionext and Renesas that might be falling due but not yet notified to Brainchip.
