I suggest you read as to what Jesus thought of the scribes & Pharisees ?
I don't think they even believed he was the Son of God, so it wouldn't be hard to out do them, re to enter the Heavenly Kingdom.

You also need to pay attention and Not just focus on one verse, you need the whole picture, the overall theme.
