    It may be the case they have not acquired any shares yet. It may be the case that the form has been submitted due to the take over provision.
    No offence but I'd be more comfortable hearing from Theo that He is holding onto His shares and an announcement that the offer is opportunistic and the BOD unanimously recommend that it is not in the best interests that share holders accept the offer.
