Yes.. the failure of government to fix this problem really means it's a failure of the community. The only way to fix this is to completely rethink how the Western people go about their life in this town. The racism is so bad here. You can see all the new 'suburbs' popping up around Alice and that is NOT the way to integrate into this part of the world. We are seeing segregation! Firstly and foremost it is still very much aboriginal country dominated by aboriginal attitudes so it is a disaster because the western culture is at odds with that.
