    All these people posting a our ANZAC Day, do people even understand what it is?

    It was supporting the invasion of Istanbul, the capital of Turkey. And it failed disastrously when all the British ships got sank by Turkish defenders using canon fire from the mountains.

    Today in Turkey it is celebrated as a great victory for defence of their homeland.
