KCN would be compelled tomorrow to issue an announcement regarding Plant 1. If it's good news, the share price should shoot up dramatically. If it's bad news it would drop dramatically, unless there is robust certainty reported on when Plant 1 will open.
No announcement would result in a significant drop as the market would interpret the lack of news as bad news.
Expecting a big move tomorrow.
