@Jazz6868: Your assumptions are incorrect.
You forgot two things:
1. Americans are required by law, to have medical insurance coverage, which was put into effect during Obama's time. Popularly called Obamacare, it is still in effect and is officially called the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
2. People who have low incomes and who cannot afford to pay for insurance are covered by a combination of Federal and State supported system called Medicaid.

Insurance coverage needs to be negotiated for coverage by the Meso management (think Joe Swedish who came from Anthem) - he should know the nuts and bolts of this. Getting a treatment covered by insurance is a BIG, BIG deal and I have seen companies like Omeros do well from revenue standpoint when CMS covered its product but lose revenue when the coverage was dropped. That is why it is so important for MESO to get coverage approved once FDA approves its treatment(s) and starts sales. Joe Swedish would be a key cog in the wheel with regards to that.

On a different topic:
There is chatter on the yahoo board about msb on the asx filling the gap at around $1 AUD. For those of you into technical analysis, please check if the gap up is at $1, AUD since I am unable to find a free Aussie charting website.
And here is what is exciting from my own technical analysis for MESO on the NASDAQ side.
The resistance was at 2.45 which got blasted out on March 26, after the latest news was announced. There is a gap between 2.23 and 2.71 that was a result of the gap up that day, but I highly doubt that that gap on the lower side will be filled. There is no resistance above 2.45 USD.
We shall see how the trading unfolds on the DAQ in about 13 hours from now.
