It is not allegedly that Trump took documents, refused to return them, defied a Subpoena, lied to the FBI, sexually assaulted Carroll, committed fraud on multiple occasions, tried to steal the 2020 elections, etc....
You don't get to set the criteria of what can and can't be counted with Trump's misdeeds.
