No need to raise capital but we have a corporate services agreement with a relatively small domestic capital raiser (most raises circa $5m) with a 1 year incentive with a premium on options significantly higher than provided to previous capital raisers. (note - premium could have been set when price was 14c).
Rubbing my dodgy crystal ball (never been right yet) , what if the roadshow sparked interest of strategic investor who didnt want to buy on market. Someone who could offer contacts / expertise & not just money. Dave says welcome aboard we will issue you shares instead & put another $5-10 million in the kitty - Hors d'oeuvres at Steve's dont come cheap (especially curry balls).
Pure speculation ... just dont think Lodge Partners would be the go to guys to sell our little multi billion dollar company - especially without a PR announcement heralding their appointment. Being outside the first quarter will be interesting to see if any explanation is provided in quarterly.
