"...But is the company valued low or high?"

Almost exactly a year ago, WBT was valued in their last CR by a large number of institution and sophisticated investors across the globe who decided it was worth $5 a share. They bought 9 million shares. With all their analytical skills, tools and knowledge, were they all wrong ? I don't think so. And since then, WBT have fully signed up to a top 10 foundary in DBHitek. How on earth the SP is now sitting at $3.26 is truly head scratching. The only explanation I can come to is that even more institutional investors now desparately want in, and want to buy in cheaper than the CR, by manipulating the SP down. After DBHitek, the SP should now be higher than $5, not trading at a 35% discount to that CR.
