I already did, and the opinion I got is that unless this drug can show the levels of proteinuria reductions (>50%) and complete/partial remission rates seen with standard of care immunosuppression like steroids, the dimx drug may have limited use. We already know this is a class of drug ccr2 I, that doesn’t have good track record and been shown to be a bit mediocre in kidney diseases with proteinuria.
