    Ah... BlingSter actually asked how the T20 were benefiting more or less than regular holder

    U trying to promote confusion to people like me.

    I’m think most holders are aware that the T20( 20 largest holders) get the dividend and are given the option to divest of their shares thru the buyback scheme. By opting to sell their shares thru the buyback scheme it could become a capital gain/loss.
    This option is also available to mum and dad investors.

    If it is a gain they pay a reduced tax compared to if they received a capital distribution which is treated as normal income
    I believe that most of the T20 would be considered as traders.

    My main argument is that the pool of funds from divestment should be spread around to everyone without the compulsion to dispose of one’s shares.

    It had been done in the past and the distribution should be resurrected!
    I rather get tax free distribution and reduce my cost base!
