They should know the name of the vessel which will have an ETA into Bangkok Port(or one of the other four ports in Thailand) - the vessel's ETA would be available on Marine Traffic - their shipping agent would know how long it will take to clear.
'They are planning something bigger' - as long as it's not a 'bigger' placement that some are already expecting whatever the positive news.
