"In the absence of news"
What news do you suppose prompted the rally? There hasn't been a fundamental development (announced) since the Sheba 2.0 update ~5 months ago.
We're rallying because the CPACS trial we all paid $3 to fund 28 months ago will commence in less than 6 months. It's not rallying on 'news', it's FOMO.
