As I said before straight in the bin on principle.
I have previously mentioned maybe it is the FDA that should have been sued..... for moving the goal posts.
No one loses money until they sell - and as I also said if the share price is a lot higher at the time of the court case just who is responsible for a loss incurred may be a lot more sharply apparent.
People don't like looking in the mirror though do they.... when it comes to blame and short-sighted actions.
