It is fascinating, interesting, and depressing how regular people are so easily influenced by the narratives being pushed on places like social media.

The amount of absolute BS I've seen that people then regurgitate..... like how EVs are more harmful to the planet than fossil fuel cars, same for solar panels.

Another common one is usually something about EV battery replacement costs (which typically go for at least 500,000 kms+..... pretty sure a petrol car will cost a lot more in parts by then..... like a new engine and transmission!). Not to mention how much dirty emissions are done over 500,000 kms!

Do people not realise how ridiculous some of this is? and do they not realise the irony that they are being manipulated by interest groups such as Big Oil, Detroit, and who knows.
