That story is new to me . l don't know what it has to do with the subject of this thread ?
That said, what are you doing about the situation in Alice Springs yourself ? You clearly have more information than the rest of us.
Are you taking action ? Are you doing something about it ? Are you lobbying your local member ? Or are you just waffling on the internet ?
As Australians we should all be taking a stand on this. Each and every one of us. This shouldn't be directed at one individual.
Here's a suggestion.
Why isn't the Coalition talking about this ? Why isn't Dutton in Alice Springs campaigning on this ?
Oppositions should offer an alternative to government. They should be calling out systemic failure and offering an alternate solution when the government isn't acting. The violence is Alice in a good example. lt has been happening for years and nothing has been done to fix it. Successive governments have failed. The Coalition should be there on the street calling out these horrible crimes that you've described and telling the public about what they intend to do about it if elected.
Unfortunately the only power most of us have is the power of one vote.
Rather than threads like this blaming one individual it should be calling out political parties to do their jobs.
