I could be wrong, but the IXR subsidiary is giving rights to the JV to use IXR's RRT IP, but since IXR doesnt have STT IP, any IP developed will be owned by the JV. By excluding Uganda and Asia means IXR can use any STT developed in uganda and Asia, where they have operations.
There is probs a lot of fine print in the contract clarifying this.
