Think a large majority of long term holders have these two blocked at this point. It's pretty clear theres alterior motive behind their posts; to try and get a few more cheap buy ins i'd guess. They've had multiple people make it clear the restrictions forced on management by red tape and they still cry to the wind about the diom and gloom. Either trying to catch out some uninformed holders to rush sell or something I'm not clued into. Could just be trolls bored with their lives!
