Ann: Proposed issue of securities - 4DS, page-41

As discussed in the announcement regarding the issue of new securities, the securities are pursuant to the terms of engagement with Lodge.

Those terms we won't see, as they will be confidential - but I expect that at some point, 4DS will announce to the market the engagement of Lodge for a specific task.

My speculation is that Lodge offered a discount on the scope of services to win the job. I'm fairly confident 4DS would have shopped this out to a few service providers.

Say, at cost price - so Lodge get paid to pay the salary costs for their people directly involved in the job + keep the lights on and pay the lease for their office. Any markup on those costs + overheads to generate profit to the business is being forgone for the options. Which at a ~100% premium to the current SP and not much more than 12 months until expiry, suggests to me that whatever Lodge is going to be doing is intended to put a fire under the SP.
