Did Locke decline to fund avz litigation? Or are both parties delaying to ascertain how ICSID will be able to recoup funds from the DRC and Cominiere (although the latter can’t pay). You think the asx will just allow the largest spod mine to fall into Chinese hand with a slew of legal wins of late ? Would be a strange move but possible. Even if avz is delisted, we still own 75% of asset and the company will have several options to raise funds once outside the regulatory purview of the asx like any private company does. Keep trying with the incessantly negative view but stop and think of the bigger picture a little, may make you a better investor

You didn't answer the question. Do you think Locke delaying funding is good for AVZ? If so please explain why. The ASX has no control over what happems in DRC.
