Under John Seton and JB, the company had done nothing significant to advance the project. No wonder when QM moved in they had to clean up the house, got rid of useless people, and stepped up a whole range of activities to get the project moving.

Amazingly just a couple of months since QM joined in, Besra has signed a USD $1.2mil contract to Yantai Group for for pilot plant equipments. When trolls looking at this, i guess they themselves are surprised and wouldnt believe the new management can do it that fast.
















DFS is the most important piece of study for all mining projects and is about to commence. Again, previous management can never do.

Sterilizationd drilling for the best location to place the pilot plant is ongoing.

Stage#2 metallurgical study with 9 tons of bulk sample is near completion.

Mining engineers and on-site laboratory personels are being hired. Local liasion personels are employed to work with Sarawak goverment.

Geological and support staffs are being added.

New office in Melbourne is being established with key personels being hired.

Drilling is being ramped up with at least 3 drill rigs instead of slow snail pace of 1 drill rig under John Seton and JB.

EIA approval: done

EIA and other documents submitted for mining permit: lodged.

Furnaces survey, flora survey: done

Tailing storage facility design contract awarded to TAIL CON PROJECTS contracter in Perth, Australia.

So much have been accelerated since QM joined in and cleaned up the house.

In the words of Michael Higginson, Besra's secretary, "so much are being done in the background and the momentum is building" during my phone conversation with him last week.

But hey, the naysayers are not seeing it. They asked for a mine being built right now. But that's OK. Besra does not need them. Top holders don't need these get-rich-quick traders.

In the meantime others are buying back leaving them to ask themselves "why don't they listen to my downramp spins any more?".


LET ME PUT IT THIS WAY: OTHER GOLD PROJECTS WITH $300MIL, $400MIL MC WOULD BE JEALOUS OF WHAT BESRA HAS ACHIEVED SO FAR BECAUSE MANY OF THEM ARE FAR BEHIND BESRA TO MOVE CLOSER TO MINE CONSTRUCTION AND PRODUCTION.
