You are reading an awful lot of hopium between the lines there - any reasonable person would conclude Locke has asked for an extension of the DD period and AVZ have agreed. The exclusivity side of the term sheet looks pretty clear to include all funding - If AVZ run with someone else there is a $1m break fee payable to Locke.
