Due Diligence • If Locke determines, on the basis of its due diligence, that it will not proceed with the Transaction it must immediately terminate this Term Sheet.

So to this point Due Diligence has found no reason to Terminate . More than likely they are waiting on more results . One being the Fat Tail/China vs AVZ case which should have been done and dusted when Fat Tail/ China got their arrrses kicked at the AGM . Instead Fat Tail /China now playing stall and delay tactics knowing full well they are once again on a hiding to nothing .
