Unfortunately civilians are often collateral damage in war, sad, unenviable, but a fact! In this conflict its mostly, not all, but mostly deliberate targeting of non combatants! In this particular instance if the reports are correct that individual, high precision munitions were used on each vehicle then that suggests a very calculated and considered attack, likely based on very accurate intelligence! (think of the Solomani attack by the US). If so one has to wonder who she was travelling with???
