People CANNOT post something as fact, unless you were personally involved, it cannot be misleading if you understand that!
It is up to each individual to decide what is fact, and what is fiction, but you CANNOT hold the poster accountable for what people inevitably will believe, that is up to the individual and YOU are not the adjudicator of what people should believe regardless of their gullibility.
