agree with you partially SDJ but I would probably place more blame at the lack of a strong CFO in the business. Whilst the pay they receive seems to be in line with CFO for even much larger organizations, I’m not sure they do any other work other than prepare financial statements based on very little transactions. Would love to get some internal cash flow forecasts from the CFO to see whether there is any business plan on paper other than the “roadmap”
