Sorry for your pain Jo Jo. I had terrible pain after lifting that box but slept and woke up it was gone. Glad you walked a little. Maybe the wine relaxed you enough. Maybe I need to do that
I am pleased with all my treasures I found. There are some lovely dresses I used to wear, thinking of listing them on Ebay. Really too good too just give away. But I would love someone else to enjoy them.
Got to get ready to go for a few hours. Today only small but next week longer. I am practising length of walk so next week will be easy. May the market Gods be with us.
