It is a real barrier to others. It helps them win contracts over existing smaller competition (even at slightly higher margins). Also, size matters now, as there is no other similar maintenance provider globally. If anyone went into price dumping competition with Mader, he would not prevail. Mader would hurt, but it would survive.
