For these so called wealthy investors who bought shares at a discount, for them to
make a profit, share price needs to increase! From 7.2c raise to the close of 6.2c for
5GG shows a decline since the capital raising.
In saying this, the chart is showing a few positive signs of a short term price rally. The shares from capital raise are ALREADY issued to holders. This means current selling is being done controllingly AND deliberate. One would only sell at a loss for 2 reasons.
1) Tax loss reasons
2) In order to accumulate shares at a lower price
To give an example of this, we can look at
SYR as a case study. They recently did a raise at 55c. Price went as low as 48.5c
declining nearly 12.5%, then bouncing as high as 54.5c just today!
5GG following the similar trend, has retraced 13.8% from the capital raise. Considering
NVDA stock price is still doing well and has held for the time being, I suspect it won't be long before 5GG catches firm bids and the sellers step off.
5.8c - 6c on 5GG for the time being does show some supports. I suspect since the shares are already issued, 5GG may be putting out news very soon so that some of those issued shares can start being unloaded at higher levels.
11c is the ceiling for now. Provided 8c reclaims we may see it trend higher and MAYBE breakout. For these reasons I am looking for a small entry to test the waters! 
Order book has supply at 10c and above also which shows the 11c ceiling being a level worth respecting. I have attached a chart for 5GG and SYR side by side as a comparison on how prices have moved since they both have done capital raisings. For the purpose of our case study ofcourse. Ignore those Hotcopper Daytraders making noise, and make your own plan brother! Sorry to hear things didn't work out. Perhaps risk reward may be more favourable compared to Retail still in from 10c+
