So maybe they are just levelling the score a bit, lol....

Seriously - Imugene has always been careful to obtain patent protection and having a patent in China is just a sensible step. The potential market for CF33 - just in the USA alone - is more than enough to make Imugene a household name, assuming CF33 proves to be genuinely effective across a range of solid tumour types. If - against expectation - CF33 prove to be a dud, then the China patent is worthless. If - as hoped - CF33 is a success, then sales in China will just be icing on a rather spectacular cake.
