SH have been waiting 2 yrs for this milestone.... finally the Draft EIS is complete and will be published in a couple of weeks.
Next stage is a 45d period for comments.
After that, the permit will be approved and INR can get on with doing was miners do...... build mines and make money for (long suffering) shareholders !!
