Thousands got duped buying land and property in dodgy developments in QLD .
I remember 2 bedders off the plan being sold by a Skol type character for 600k on the gold coast.
10 years later, they were fetching 420k.
Land values outside of major cities have a habit of bouncing all over the place , with a myriad of risks, heritage being just one and land titles are no longer guaranteed with them going digital and being listed on stock exchanges overseas.
Holding costs on unproductive land are sure to suffocate the stupid without good cash flow.

Holding Gold and Silver....now that's true rock stardom.
