I've been a CEO for over 15 years and the company i run is north of $100m so I know what it takes to run a large company which this is not. This should have been done well in advance, so to me it appears there are issues with the funding note or just poor management on Brett's behalf.
I'm starting to think he may be over his head here with AEV even though his credentials on face vale say otherwise.
