I dont know if your conclusion is the gist of the article. However, the lack of official ASX response is the catalyst of uncertainty. They claim here that they have been doing everything above board here.
Assuming the company is operating properly, then this "blogger" should be charged with manipulation of share price. A 20% drop on baseless claims is not a good look for the ASX. Either the blogger is lying, or the company is. Regardless, the ASX need to sort it out.
